Reshaping Stone

A Whetstone wears unevenly during knife sharpening; this cannot be avoided, even with high-quality sharpening stones such as the WÜSTHOF Whetstone. The Flattening Stone ensures that unevenness is levelled out again and that, over the long term, an effective sharpening result is maintained.
